Recipe: Delicious Mango Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is so refreshing and delicious and it feels good to start the day with a nutritious drink.  I try to drink a smoothie almost everyday and even ‘hide’ some greens (baby spinach) in it.

Here is the simple recipe:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in your blender and mix until a smoothie consistency.  Enjoy!
