Meal Planning Worksheet (free Printable)

5:30 p.m. rolls around and I have no idea what we are having for dinner.  I’m not sure about you, but it’s stressful.  So, I decided to get a little more organized with my meal planning.  I created this printable meal planning worksheet to plan out a full week of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  It also has a section at the bottom for a shopping list.  Hopefully this will help and my meals will be glorious with no complaining! ha!  =)  I might even hand out one to each of my girls and have them write down what they would like to eat, then collaborate them.  We’ll see how it goes.  Feel free to download a copy of the pdf printable HERE.

Very nice! I only have to plan 1 main meal/day. I have a master list of everything I buy per store that I can print out and simply highlight the item on the list. If I don’t need very much one week, I can use a different color highlighter the next week.

Planning meals ahead is so helpful. If what you have planned for one day isn’t going to work, you can trade it for another day. Having them all planned ahead of time is so freeing and means I only buy what’s needed each week.

I like what you are doing to help families save money in these tough times.
