Get it:
3 extra ripe bananas
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup nuts, raisins (or chocolate chips if you need a kick)
Make It:
Beat oil, honey, bananas, and eggs. Add water. Mix in dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in muffin tins. Use cupcake liners to avoid extra clean up. We ended up putting a few chocolate chips in some to jazz them up. This is a yummy recipe! Enjoy!
