Refreshing Summer Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Do you enjoy smoothies? Most of the time I just dump ingredients and get a surprising taste result. I made this smoothie the other day and it was SO delicious and refreshing that I decided to make it again this morning and measure the ingredients to share with you. I use a Vita-Mix blender…which is AWESOME and a powerhouse. I’ll talk more about my blender at the end.

Refreshing Summer Fruit Smoothie
Dump all this into your blender:
(you can use frozen, fresh, or a combination)
1 small banana
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. pineapple
1 plum
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ice cubes

Blend & Enjoy! Makes 3 cups.
